Our Founder, Liza Grudin, started her career in 1994 in the environmental field. In 1997, she received her bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida. In 2011, Liza went back to school and received her master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida. For her Master's, she focused on Sustainability and Resiliency.
NovelE is grounded with the strong background and solid core of engineering principles. We use innovative, but proven technologies, while maintaining a high level of client care. There is a delicate mix of the tried and true with the new and we strive to find that in every project. NovelE staff are experienced, knowledgeable professionals. We take great pride in meeting regulatory requirements, guidelines and memorandums specific to the scope of work being completed. This is the framework upon which NovelE was built. Employees take the time needed to review the applicable standards and stay up to date on modifications to the common standards utilized by our industry. Independent technical reviews are conducted including detail checking of calculations, specifications, drawings, data entry, and cost estimates.
