I wonder if the joint venture is a form of joint venture that is not associated with the establishment of a joint venture enterprise or is a form of joint venture associated with the establishment of a joint venture enterprise which is a form of investment that the contracting parties are involved in. joint venture to establish a legal entity to conduct joint operations for both parties to the joint venture.
