NovelE is excited to announce our latest new hire, Gregory Lee Aumann. Greg comes to us after a long career at AECOM. Greg and our President previously worked together for 11.5 years and are very excited to be teaming up again!

Liza Grudin, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years of environmental consulting experience. Ms. Grudin is adept at management of large portfolios with multiple, upper level and political stakeholders. She has provided supervisory and engineering support for large permits, remediation design, system construction, and operation and monitoring of federal and state funded, privately funded and consent order sites for multiple Fortune 500 clients.

Ms. Grudin founded her environmental engineering and consulting firm, NovelEsolutions, in January 2015. NovelEsolutions is currently registered at the local, State and Federal level as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) allowing her to partner with top-level national and international consulting and engineering firms.
